Since the inception of Seabreeze Culvert in 1976 our primary mission is to be a dependable source of information to design construction aids, as well as a supplier of quality materials to meet and exceed design requirements. Seabreeze owner, and president, Lamont Meaux founded this innovative company as an agricultural oriented supplier of pipe and water control products. Now, Seabreeze remains a leader in the agricultural sector and is respected as a creative solution provider in the civil site development area.

 To complement the Seabreeze Culvert philosophy of offering creative solutions we have partnered with Contech Construction Products, Inc. to offer innovative civil construction products. Contech adds over eighty years of production experience providing high quality steel, aluminum, geosynthetic, and plastic products for new construction or for rehabilitating older structures. This allows Seabreeze customers to choose alternative and cost-effective solutions for their civil engineering needs. Our other products lines include sluice and water gates by Waterman Industries, and our own fabrication shop where we specialize in custom made water control structures.
